TENET Ring Measurement Kit allows you to easily measure the most suitable ring size at home. Please confirm which finger you will use before wearing it, as the circumference of the left and right fingers may be different.
Finger size changes with the seasons. We recommend wearing them slightly tighter in the summer and allowing them to rotate but not fall off easily in the winter to ensure a comfortable fit.

常見問題

為保持沛能戒的最佳狀態，建議定期清潔戒指。使用柔軟的無絨布輕輕擦拭表面，避免使用化學清潔劑或水浸泡，以免損傷戒指的外觀和內部元件。

沛能戒於綁定狀態時，本身無重置功能，請直接在沛能戒APP解除配對，再重新連接您要配對之手機即可。

沛能戒在有電的情況下可以重新連接藍牙，但電量低於20%以下會不容易連接上，沒電狀態將自動關機不連接，如有連接上困難，建議充電到20%以上。

戴在任何一手指都可以，但偵測器(圓點)用在指腹(肉多的那一邊)較準確。

建議戴在食指上，智能戒使用智能感測器技術採集指腹脈搏信號偵測血流與心率，食指血流量相對穩定且充足，與皮膚貼合度較佳，能夠減少數據中斷，並完整紀錄身體健康狀況。食指的粗細適中，佩戴戒指不易鬆脫或過緊。不僅能讓數據更精準，還兼具舒適度與便利性，無論是健康監測還是日常佩戴，都是最佳位置。

建議可以到現場來測量會是最準確的唷！
但如果想先在家裡測量，也可以利用以下方法：
首先，先選擇一條沒有彈性的細線，圍繞手指一圈後再將細線拉直，用直尺測量長度，並對照尺寸規格購買即可。
7號－55mm

10號－63mm
11號－65mm

當您取下戒指時，它將被視為未佩戴，此時數據將停止計算。您不一定要每天 24 小時都戴戒指，可視自我習慣來調整配戴時間。

To keep your Ring in top condition, we recommend cleaning it regularly. Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe the surface. Avoid using chemical cleaners or soaking in water, as this can damage the ring's appearance and internal components.

The PowerRing does not have a reset function when it is bound. Please unpair it directly in the PowerRing app and then reconnect the phone you want to pair it with.

The Power Ring can reconnect to Bluetooth when it has power, but it will be difficult to connect if the battery level is below 20%. It will automatically shut down and not connect when out of power. If you have difficulty connecting, it is recommended to charge it to at least 20%.

It can be worn on any finger, but the detector (dot) is more accurate when placed on the fingertip (the fleshy side).

The smart ring is recommended for wearing on the index finger. It uses intelligent sensor technology to collect pulse signals from the fingertips to detect blood flow and heart rate. The index finger has relatively stable and sufficient blood flow, adheres better to the skin, reduces data interruptions, and comprehensively records physical health status. The index finger is of moderate thickness, making the ring unlikely to become loose or too tight. This not only provides more accurate data but also offers comfort and convenience, making it the optimal position for both health monitoring and daily wear.

When you take your ring off, it's considered not being worn, and the data will stop counting. You don't have to wear your ring 24 hours a day; you can adjust your wearing time based on your personal preferences.

The Power Ring has a 5ATM waterproof rating, 50 meters deep, and IP68 waterproof rating, making it suitable for washing dishes, washing, showering, outdoor sports, swimming, and other water-related scenes.
There is no need to remove the ring to continuously monitor your health information.
